You are
wired for maximum production. You are endowed with uncommon ingenuity and
intellect such that you cannot afford to produce less than expected. An inferior
product is a reflection of an inferior resource. Every time we see an inferior
product it is indicative of an inferior raw material. So every time we give
poor delivery we are simply indicating that what we are built of is not top notch
enough. An inferior building means inferior building materials, an inferior
business is indicative of inferior management. So it is impossible to give what
you do not have. Therefore a superior life comes from a superior man, a
maximized life comes from a man who has understanding of a maximized future.
It is your production that determines your ovasion, whereas what you produce is
a function of your capability, so try and imagine what you are capable of and
compare it to what you are currently delivering. True abilities are hidden
until we discover and unlock our strengths. Your strength I can bet with you is
not your present performance level - It is your yet to be discovered potential.
Potential isn’t just what you can do, it is what you can do that you are yet to
know about. Abilities concealed, capabilities unrevealed are what we refer to
as potentials.
Many people
waste away because they believe they can never do more than they are doing now.
You can’t live a maximum life if you are not aware of what is inside of you.
This teaching
is an awakening for Africans especially, even for our country as we can no
longer tolerate inferiority and local mindedness, we will not tolerate
indigenous companies dying in five years after starting yet foreign owned companies
even the medium scale ones will thrive. We will no longer tolerate the pay
difference in the rewards received by Africans compared to other races simply because
we are perceived to contribute lesser. An indigenous company bids for the same
job with foreigners, we will rather trust foreigners because of competence and
delivery issues. We all need to wake up, we are programmed for maximum. Why are
we giving so little? We are meant to lead, why are we part of the pack? We are
supposed to be players, why have we chosen to pitch our tents with the
spectators? Wake up and smell the coffee! It is time to deliver the maximum
life that is embedded in you. Some of you, it is medicine; then you have got to
be ready to be the best doctor anybody would love to see. For some of you it is
theater arts, you have got to be the best actor or producer in town.
Be ready to
compete internationally and excellence must be your trademark, because
excellence must be your watch word to live a maximized life.
